Our Team

As Principals, Jamie and Scott are directly responsible for the management and administration of the pre-construction, construction and post-construction phases of all projects and will serve as the first point of contact for client’s representatives and consultant groups.

J2 Safety Department

J2 has an in-house Safety Manager to coordinate and carry out project reviews and inspections, along with training and certifications for all J2 employees. We also ensure compliance of employees and subcontractors to J2 Safety and Procedures Policy. At J2, safety is a top priority. We also engage third-party safety resources for annual audits and corporate policy reviews.

Project Manager/Project Superintendent

J2 has a full complement of Project Managers and Superintendents responsible for development and enforcement of the project schedule, including day to day activities and project milestones. They also coordinate and enforce all contract documents and quality assurance programs tailored to each project. We engage both project consultants and owner representations as required, in an honest and open manner to achieve the project goals. J2 also oversees the project safety and enforces all applicable Occupational Health and Safety Legislation and J2’s Health and Safety Policy and Procedures.
